Union: Major General James Wilson’s Beef Loaf Specialty, with Benjamin Wade’s Lima Beans & Tomatoes.
Confederate: Captain Franklin Buchanan’s favorite Spanish Chicken dish, paired with John Hunt Morgan’s home-style Collard Greens.

Both meals come with roasted potatoes, fresh greens salad, and a delightful dessert.
Immerse yourself with rich stories from our special guests, including Nick, an Adams Express agent, and Liberty Hollinger Clutz, a young girl who witnessed the Battle of Gettysburg, and Freemasons in the Civil War.
