14th Annual Foothills Artists Studio Tour
Various Locations
Fairfield, PA
Nestled in the Pennsylvania foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, just over the Mason-Dixon Line west of Gettysburg, lies the pleasant Fairfield valley, rich in beauty and natural resources. Here you will find verdant farms, country towns and villages, small winding streams, and rolling hills blanketed with fruit orchards. Living and working here is a thriving community of local artists and crafts people, organic farmers and artisan food producers, orchardists and inn keepers. In this setting, the Foothills Artists open their studios to share with you their art, which has been inspired by the natural beauty of the area!
Come, visit, meet the artists, and enjoy the rich range of painting, pottery, furniture and wood working, photography, stained glass, jewelry, and other beautiful art forms. Spend the day, bring the children and your friends, visit the artists’ studios, purchase some examples of their fine work for your family and friends, and take home some memories of these “fair fields.”
