Join us at the Farm Winery on Saturday, November 4th for our “A Gettysburg Christmas” Wine Release Celebration. As the official winery of the highly anticipated “A Gettysburg Christmas” movie, Adams County Winery collaborated with writer, director, and producer Bo Brinkman to commemorate the film with a pair of exclusive wines. In addition to the release of “A Gettysburg Christmas” White and “A Gettysburg Christmas” Red, we have an afternoon of exciting vendors and activities to celebrate the occasion, including live music from Amber Nadine from 1 – 4 p.m.
Our friends from Silvershire Farms will be offering horse-drawn carriage rides around the winery property throughout the afternoon. Carriage rides will depart every 15 minutes from 12:00-3:00 p.m. and can carry up to 10 people per ride. Carriage rides are $10 (plus tax) per guest and tickets must be purchased prior to the event via our website. Guests can sign up for carriage rides by visiting the event’s page on our website.
Brinkman will be on-site at the Farm Winery during the event to take photos and sign bottles of the “A Gettysburg Christmas” wines for customers, and the winery will have memorabilia from the film on display for guests to view, including a signed script and the original artwork by Dale Gallon used on the labels of the wines.
While the Terrace Bistro is expected to be open depending on the weather on the day of the event, we will have multiple other food vendors on the grounds at the Farm Winery during the event for guests to enjoy. The Farnsworth House will be on-site selling their delicious pumpkin fritters, Mr. G’s ice cream shop will be serving their delicious ice creams, Cherry’s Chocolate Studio will be selling artisan chocolates, and the Trailer Trash Chili Dogz food truck will be set up from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with their selection of specialty hot dogs and sausages available for guests to purchase.
