The Adams County Arts Council invites you to enjoy an evening of French Cuisine and wine pairings featuring the cuisine of Cheri Freeman and the fine wines of France.
This culinary event will include chicken liver pate on crostini served with Domaine DeFabreques at check-in, a plated warmed brie with Asian pears served with a select chardonnay, beef tenderloin bourguignon, French green beans, white potatoes with butter and parsley and rustic French bread served with a Bordeaux rouge and chenin blanc, and a chilled crème Brule served with a French rose to finish the night.
