Please join the Association of Licensed Battlefield Guides for three days of tours and discussion September 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. The topic for the 2023 Seminar is:
“Oak Ridge – Attack and Defense”
Friday, September 22nd:
6pm Check in and Registration at the Dobbin House – Your ticket includes a buffet dinner and an hour-long panel discussion of “General Ewell and the ‘General Engagement’” led by Licensed Battlefield Guides.
Saturday, September 23rd:
8am – 5pm All day tours of July 1st battle action on Oak Ridge led by four different LBGs. Lunch included at Colt Park
8pm Cigar Firepit at the Rupp House on Baltimore Street.
Sunday, September 24th:
8am – 12:30pm More tours of the action on Oak Ridge with two more dedicated LBGs!
The ALBG Seminars are designed for the battlefield enthusiast who has a preliminary understanding of the Battle of Gettysburg and would like to dig deep into the action. Prepare for any weather, wear good shoes, and prepare to hike over uneven terrain at times. Bus transportation will be provided to the initial battle walk locations.
