Baking with Marc Jalbert: Nut Flour Cookies

Marc has a special cookie recipe he would like to share with you that features nut flour, a good quality dark chocolate, and crystalized ginger.  It’s a delicious treat that stores well in the freezer. Slice off a few “pucks” whenever you have a hankering for a sweet treat.  Class time will cover instructor demos, hands-on time, and oven bake off of samples. Complimentary wine pairing.
