1st Course: Bacon Brussels Sprouts Skewers; paired Sly Fox Helles Lager

2nd Course: Salad with Arugula, Goat Cheese, Mandarin Orange, and Candied Walnuts paired with Sly Fox Pikeland Pilsner.

3rd Course: Beef Short Ribs prepared and paired with Sly Fox Haze Fix Hazy IPA.

4th Course: Sabayon with Berries and Pound Cake paired with Sly Fox Alex’s Raspberry Lemonade.
