Beginner’s Sourdough Workshop at Brookmere Winery

Come learn how to do all things Sourdough! Lauren, from “Starting All Things Sourdough” will be teaching you everything you need to know.

Included in your workshop you will get:
* 1 dehydrated starter kit (which includes dehydrated starter, jar covers, rubberbands, laminated rehydrating instructions, and a laminated copy of her personal bread recipe with instructions.
* Lauren will walk you through step by step of how to make your sourdough dough.
* All the ingredients for you to make your own dough to take home and bake (enough for 2 full loaves)
* A chance to have all of your questions answered
* A walk through of how the rehydrating process goes!

🍞All you need to bring is a large 84-100oz mixing bowl (stainless steel or glass to mix your dough and to take it home in!
