Eric Swanston-Mota is beyond stoked to return to Gettysburg but this time with his besties Bucky and Erik who together make up the uniquely talented, out and proud, NYC-based sangin trio 3RD VERS! A proud member of Actors Equity Association, Eric spent the last three years working as the Director of Human Resources for Tikun Olam USA, an internationally recognized medicinal cannabis brand whose core values center around compassionate care for patients in need and are a reflection of its Hebrew name which means Repair the World. His credits include Broadway’s Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Starring Gavin Lee) at the Hulu Theatre of Madison Square Garden; National Tours: Fame (starring as Joe Vegas), Wizard of Oz and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (where he met, performed, and was mentored by the late, incredibly great Stefan Karl – known for his portrayal of Robbie Rotten in Lazy Town); Regionally, he’s performed at the legendary Grand Ole Opry, the Tony Award winning Alley Theatre, TUTS, Theatre By The Sea, Arizona Broadway Theatre, and New Bedford Festival Theatre. An established director/choreographer, certified fitness instructor, teaching artist, dance competition director, emcee and adjudicator, gone certified HR Management Professional, Mr. Swanston-Mota holds a BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance from Sam Houston State University. However, his greatest achievement to date for which he is most proud is hands down, playing the role of “Husband” to the man of his dreams Mr. Matt Swanston-Mota who together they own and operate a cake company. “At the moment of commitment, the world aspires (and will conspire) to assist you.”
Erik Sisco has appeared Off-Broadway, on tour, and on concert and cabaret stages throughout New York City and across the country. He was the winner of “Stonewall Sensation” at the historic Stonewall Inn, and now serves as a panelist judge for the contest series. Erik is currently one-third of the self-proclaimed “bathhouse barbershop” vocal trio, 3RD VERS. Erik is also the Artistic Director of the acclaimed SONGS IN THE KEY OF EQUALITY concert series, which benefits the SWISH Ally Fund at the Stonewall Community Foundation. Notable Appearances: I AM HARVEY MILK with Andrew Lippa and Kristin Chenoweth (Lincoln Center); ENCHANTED APRIL (Arena Stage); ANNE OF GREEN GABLES (1st National Tour).
