Brunch and Diving Dogs at Thirsty Farmer Brew Works

We will be opening up at 10am with a special brunch menu until 1pm while the Westwind Diving Dogs compete.

From the Kitchen:

• Biscuits and Sausage Gravy – Two biscuits smothered in house-made sausage gravy
• Breakfast Bowl – Bowl filled with eggs, bacon, tator tots, and sausage gravy. Served with a biscuit
• Pancake Platter – Three pancakes served with two pieces of bacon or sausage and tator tots

From the Flat Top:

• Omelet Bar – Three egg omelet made with your choice of any of the toppings on our topping bar available at the flat tops
• Farmer’s Brunch Burger – A smash burger topped with American cheese, egg, hashbrowns, bacon, and burger sauce. Served with chips
• Smoked Brisket Breakfast Sandwich – Texas toast topped with smoked brisket, egg, avocado, cotija cheese, and chipotle ranch. Served with hashbrowns
