This is a regional event, one you might consider if venturing outside Adams County during your visit.
Spend a magical winter’s day in historic downtown Carlisle. There are plenty of photo opportunities among the almost 90 ice sculptures along the streets in downtown Carlisle. Downtown businesses offer special activities, discounts, music, and more. Come explore and see all that Ice Art Fest has to offer.
This event is free and open to all.
