We are pleased to announce that Leslie Dull-Runkle, Energy Healer, Holistic-Spiritual Teacher and owner of a local crystal shop and healing center, will be offering a virtual Chakra 101 Workshop via Zoom to our Down Dog Gettysburg community. In this 90 minute workshop, Leslie will:

Define the seven main chakras.

Explain the role of each of the seven main chakras.

Discuss the colors associated with each of the seven main chakras.

Identify physical and emotional qualities related to each chakra as well as the bodily glands associated with each energy center.

Discuss common crystals that aid and assist chakra function.
Maintaining chakra health and balance assists us in living a healthy emotional and physical life. This Chakra 101 Workshop will enable you to have a better understanding of the connection between your emotional and physical well-being.
