The tomatoes and peppers are ripe, and what better way to enjoy them than in salsa. During this class, we’ll try our hand at making a traditional salsa or Pico de Gallo (you’ll learn the difference), a salsa verde using tomatillos, and a guacamole sauce. We’ll explore some of the different kinds of peppers that can be used in these dishes, and we’ll be making our own baked tortilla chips so that you can sample your salsas and guac right away. Each table will make a pint of salsa/Pico, a pint of salsa verde, and a pint of guacamole.
Your registration for the class will reserve 1 table that can seat 1 to 5 people. Each table will make a pint of salsa/Pico, a pint of salsa verde, and a pint of guacamole.
