Flutes on the 4th

Come see flute players of all ages and skills playing in front of the Gettysburg Hotel on July 4, 2022.

Music featuring Civil War-era and other patriotic tunes are planned. Instruments include flutes, base flutes, alto flutes and piccolo.

Registration for players is found in the link below. Registration at 8 a.m. Performance at 10 a.m.

Awards go to the concert participants with most patriotic outfit, the best Civil War outfit, the flute player who traveled the greatest distance, and the fourth person to register.

This is the first year of this event. Be a part of this inaugural celebration of the flute…either as a player or spectator.
