FunFest at Rec Park, sponsored by Adams County Library

Held at Gettysburg’s beautiful Rec Park, FunFest is a free, annual community event with vendors, food, face painting, balloon artists and activities for the entire family.

The Gettysburg Fire Department brings a fire truck! Adventure in Fun is there with balloon animals and face painting. And, of course, there is food! Visit Mr. Y’s Shaved Ice and the PA Dairymen’s Association truck for those awesome Farm Show milkshakes. The Gettysburg Kiwanis Club is selling hot dogs and fruit and DJ Ziegler provides the music!

The event helps to raise awareness for the Adams County Library’s summer reading program.
