Two movie programs presented by the Seminary Ridge Museum bring the Battle of Gettysburg story to life. Remember back in 1993 when the movie Gettysburg was released? On July 1, feel the excitement again. Begin your evening with a walking tour of the battlefield focused on how Seminary Ridge is featured in the film. Then bring your chair (and bug spray) to the Hill-Ulner Performance Pavillion on the grounds of the Lutheran Seminary for a full, four-and-a-half-hour showing with all your favorite scenes and stars like Martin Sheen, Sam Elliot, Tom Berenger, Stephen Lang, Beau Brinkman and Jeff Daniels.

The Seminary on the Silver Screen: Seminary Ridge in Gettysburg (Battlefield Walking Tour)
Approximately 60 minutes. Meet on the west side of the Museum.
8 p.m.
Outdoor Screening of the Movie Gettysburg (1993)
Movie Runtime: 4 hours, 31 minutes. Meet at Hill-Unger Performance Pavilion, near intersection of Springs Avenue and Seminary Ridge. Chair recommended.
