GLOW Pound® & Pour

You’re invited to our GLOW Pound® & Pour fitness class at:
The Core Theatre @ Jack’s Hard Cider House (located at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg).

SPACE is limited. Doors open @ 6PM to get your glow on and set up.

This is a pre-purchased ticketed event, for the over 21 crowd.

All fitness levels welcomed.

What to bring…. A yoga mat, plenty of H2O and your ROCKSTAR Attitude!

Be prepared to sweat and have fun!

Ripstix’s® and Glow accessories will be provided by the instructor.

Make sure to wear neon colors so we GLOW against the black lights

What to expect… Pound® Fitness is a drumming based full cardio workout jam session choreographed to awesome music.

After class, your ticket includes your first drink (hard cider, wine, sangria, & soda).
Tip is included.

Feel free to order off their menu or stay and hangout on their patio as they will have live music.
