The National Park Service invites the public to tour the Eisenhower home Presidents’ Day weekend, February 15-17. Normally closed to tours during the winter months of January and February, the Eisenhower home and facilities will be open and accessible by shuttle bus to celebrate the holiday weekend and the legacy and leadership by all the Presidents of the United States.

Throughout the weekend, while the house and facilities are open, Eisenhower National Historic Site will be accessible by shuttle bus only. Visitors are not allowed to drive to the site. Purchase your tickets the day of or ahead of time by contacting the Gettysburg Foundation. Shuttles depart regularly throughout the day from the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center.

Eisenhower National Historic Site preserves and interprets the home and farms of the Eisenhower family as a fitting and enduring memorial to the life, work and times of General Dwight David Eisenhower, 34th president of the United States, and to the events of far-reaching importance that occurred on the property.
