Join ACHS for a discussion about Serpents of War: An American Officer’s Story of Combat and Captivity in WWI, the memoir of Pennsylvanian Major Harry Dravo Parkin, edited by Ian Isherwood and Steven Trout. Isherwood and Trout will discuss Major Parkin’s experiences during World War I during this special evening program in the Battlefield Overlook Event Center at Gettysburg Beyond the Battle Museum.
