Seven Valleys Special BYO-Picnic

This is a regional event, one you might consider if venturing outside Adams County during your visit.

What better way to spend the Sunday before Labor Day than a relaxing train ride, picnic, and outdoor games? Enjoy a scenic train ride through the Heritage Rail Trail County Park to Seven Valleys, PA where you’ll disembark for a 90 minute layover. BYO Picnic, and don’t forget your lawn chairs and picnic blankets. Yard games will be provided.

Don’t want to pack your picnic? You can pre-order a boxed lunch by Thursday, September 1.

Tickets: $33 Adult (13+); $20 Child (age 2-12)

(Wheelchair lift is not available at Seven Valleys; passengers who wish to exit the train must be able to climb up and down 6 steps without crew assistance.)

The coaches are pushed and pulled by our vintage diesel locomotive.

This excursion is approximately 4 hours.

Tickets will be printed and available for pick up at the ticket booth on the day of the excursion.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding.
