Summer Beer Dinner at Thirsty Farmer Brew Works

The summer beer dinner includes a four-course meal designed to highlight seasonal fruits and vegetables fresh off our farms. Each meal is paired specifically with beer brewed in-house.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a charcuterie, live music and drinks available for purchase at the bar, followed by the first course starting at 6:15 p.m.

We will also offer a tour of our own hop field before the first course for anyone who would like to join.

– Smoke Show Egg Roll: A house made egg roll filled with smoked pulled pork, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. Served with a bbq dipping sauce.
– Fresh Watermelon Salad: Fresh cut watermelon, cucumber from the round barn with feta cheese and mint.
– Peach Glazed Beef Rib: A Large smoked beef rib cooked with a peach glaze and served with 1/2 a cob of fresh corn and roasted garlic potatoes.
– Bourbon Grilled Peaches: Fresh grilled peaches with a bourbon brown sugar glaze, with granola over top of Mr. G’s vanilla ice cream.
