The Townies on Gettys Square Art Oasis

The Townies are a three-piece band hailing from Central Pennsylvania. They play a blend of covers and originals and pull inspiration from artists everywhere from Neil Young and Bob Dylan to Stone Temple Pilots and Nirvana, blues, funk, country, and everywhere in between. The band consists of Mike Kell (vocals/lead guitar), Jesse Landis (vocals/bass guitar/guitar), and Tyler Eppley (vocals/drums/washboard). Each member contributes original lyrical and musical content to the band and brings new arrangements to cover songs. Most importantly, The Townies are a good time band who always bring the party and know how to have a good time.

FREE to the public – chairs welcome on bricks, maintaining a walking path for pedestrians.
