Yoga for Beginners (in person or zoom)

Students will learn proper alignment and how to coordinate movement with breath from one pose to the next. Yoga props, such as yoga blocks, straps and blankets, are recommended for support and stability of poses.  This practice will promote improved mobility, flexibility and balance.  Instructor: Judy Redding, RYT 200

Please note: our in person classes follow CDC guidelines to include; temperature taking when entering the building, wearing of masks and social distancing. We ask students to bring their own props and mat to maximize the safety of our students and staff.
