Gettysburg College Jazz Ensemble & Camerata Concert

Join the Gettysburg College Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dr. Amanda Heim, along with Camerata, directed by Dr. Rob Natter, as they present their final concert of the semester in the historic Majestic Theater on Saturday, April 19 at 8PM. The concert will feature music of the great Count Basie Orchestra, with tracks from the album Chairman of the Board – a 1959 classic! Camerata will present vocal jazz standards, including the classic “Lullaby of Birdland,” and the band will perform tunes by Thad Jones, Ernie Wilkins, Benny Carter, and Duke Ellington, among others.

Tickets are $5 for adults. Admission is FREE for Children under 18 and Gettysburg College ID holders.
