Wild Yeast & Wine: A Sourdough Workshop

Ever been curious about the sourdough bread trend? Join Adams County Winery at the farm winery for a hands-on workshop to master the art of sourdough! Mix, Stretch and fold and prepare enough dough for two large loaves to bake at home. Each participant receives a starter kit and all necessary ingredients. Plus, enjoy delicious samples during the class! Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to register.

Each participant receives a complimentary glass of wine from our selection or nonalcoholic beverage of choice.

Please bring your own large mixing bowl to take home your dough.
