Nestled in the lower level of The Altland House, you’ll find Center Square Brewing. Step into this relaxing atmosphere for a flavorful hand-crafted brew and a bite to eat. Join in on Thursday night trivia or catch live music on select weekends. With bar and table seating, Center Square Brewing is the perfect space to unwind and stay awhile.
Our in-house brewery features hand-crafted beer brewed in a three-barrel brewhouse. Center Square’s brewers strive to incorporate fresh and local ingredients whenever possible to create one of a kind beers with a local flair. The brewery features four rotating drafts and a rotating seasonal beer. From lagers to Saisons, IPAs and Stouts, beer lovers will discover a variety of interesting and refreshing flavors. A popular drink found at Center Square is the German Chocolate Stout – a big malty oatmeal stout with added pecans and coconut. Or try their nontraditional IPA, a citrusy brew made with hops from Barvaria and New Zealand.
Center Square Brewing is just one attraction at The Altland House. The building, dating back to 1763, houses two restaurants, two bars, banquet facilities and a boutique hotel experience.
*We are an official stop on the Adams County Pour Tour. Earn your stamp with glass or flight purchases. Our brewery is open Wednesday-Saturday evenings, but you can sample our brews and get your Adams County Pour Tour passport stamped upstairs at our grill every day of the week.
