Explore Gettysburg with your group.

The battlefield is vast.
The names are legendary.
The experience is humbling.

Go Prepared.

Start your group’s visit at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center.

Begin with the Film, Cyclorama & Museum Experience.

  • Set the Scene: The film “A New Birth of Freedom” provides the backdrop for your visit.
  • Feel the Fury: Sense Pickett’s Charge all around you in the light and sound show of the iconic Gettysburg Cyclorama.

Tour the Battlefield: Enhance your group visit with a bus tour of the battlefield with a Licensed Battlefield Guide. Step onto hallowed ground and enrich your experience as your bus makes stops at some of the battlefield’s most iconic locations.

Take some time to shop and dine at the Museum & Visitor Center:

Enjoy special group programs. What in the World is a Cyclorama? Take your group close up and behind the scenes with an exclusive, after-hours look at the iconic Battle of Gettysburg Cyclorama. This memorable program provides a rare look at the historic painting-in-the-round and its immersive depiction of Pickett’s Charge.

Include these historic sites for a legendary group visit:

  • Groups can board the shuttle bus to visit the home and farm of our 34th President Dwight and First Lady Mamie Eisenhower’s weekend retreat and retirement home. The Eisenhower National Historic Site provides an intimate look at the home life of Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower.
  • Groups can tour the David Wills House, a National Park Service interactive seven-gallery museum, in downtown Gettysburg. The home where President Lincoln stayed prior to delivering his Gettysburg Address, the David Wills House also served as a center for compassion and inspiration in the days and months following the Battle of Gettysburg.

Groups of 16 or more receive special opportunities including group discounts, dine-in/boxed meals, dedicated group entrance, bus parking and special group programs.

Call 877-874-2478 or 717-334-2436 to customize your group’s visit.
