A refined casual restaurant, The Hoof, Fin, & Fowl welcomes casual dress while maintaining a standard of high quality food. Choose from a selection of unique menu options including Wagyu beef, camel and wild boar. Other customer favorites include duck breast, crab cakes and crab stuffed salmon. The menu changes weekly with seasonal selections. Gluten free and vegetarian dishes are available.

The Hoof, Fin & Fowl is the dream of restaurant owner, Jeff Jurkowski. Growing up, Jeff spent a lot of time at his uncle's seafood restaurant and in his mother's kitchen. This is where his passion for food preparation began. Years later, he was drawn to Pennsylvania by the thriving food industry, and opened his own restaurant in nearby York, Pennsylvania. After falling in love with Gettysburg, he decided to open The Hoof, Fin, & Fowl in town.
The Hoof, Fin, & Fowl is available for private functions. It seats 36 in the restaurant and 39 in the bar.
