Start the evening with a five-course dinner expertly prepared by the culinary team at the Gettysburg Hotel lead by Chef Joseph Holmes. The menu includes the best ingredients or our region served in our historic Grand Ballroom.

• First Course: Seafood Risotto - Saffron Risotto with Dayboat Scallops, Rock Shrimp & Jumbo Lump Crab, Herb Oil & Romano Cheese
• Second Course: Winter Salad - Mixed Greens, Candied Pecans, Dried Cherries, Butternut Squash & Stilton Cheese with Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette
• Third Course: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake - Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Braised Cabbage, Dijon & Sorrel
