Maple sugaring brings people together through a time-honored tradition that predates recorded history. Maple Fest 2026, presented by Strawberry Hill Nature Preserve and Camp Eder, celebrates this uniquely North American practice as a festive farewell to winter and a welcome to spring.

Guests enjoy a traditional pancake breakfast, explore a living-history–style Colonial sugar bush, and participate in hands-on activities designed for all ages. The event immerses visitors in the history, culture, science, and fun behind maple sugaring.
