Mystery Dinner: Mardi Gras Madness

Guests are invited to a killer evening of intrigue and excitement at one of Battlefield Bed and Breakfast’s interactive Mystery Dinner Parties, Mardi Gras Madness. This immersive experience brings the vibrant spirit of Bourbon Street to Gettysburg for a Mardi Gras–themed mystery filled with drama, secrets, and surprises.

The mystery begins over appetizers and unfolds through multiple rounds that correspond with each course of a four-course dinner. As the evening progresses, guests will follow overlapping storylines, gather clues, and work to solve the mystery before the detective reveals the truth—or before the culprit manages to escape.

Each $99 ticket includes a four-course dinner and the full mystery entertainment experience. All attendees are assigned roles within the mystery, and guests may indicate in advance whether they prefer a primary, highly interactive role or a more low-profile character.

An optional Friday evening Sleuth Social will take place at 5:00 p.m. and may be added for an additional $25. Overnight guests of Battlefield Bed and Breakfast may attend the social hour at no additional charge. Mardi Gras Madness is set at Fat Tuesday’s Pub on Bourbon Street, long known by New Orleans locals as the premier Mardi Gras celebration during Carnival season. Year after year, the city’s finest gather at the pub for its legendary and electrifying festivities. While past celebrations have been marked by brawls and lingering grudges tied to a tainted history, pub management is confident this year’s event will run smoothly—at least, they hope it will. As tensions rise and old conflicts resurface, guests will find themselves at the heart of a celebration where chaos may be just beneath the surface.
