Revolutionary Women: Writing About War will take place on Thursday, March 26, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Adams County Library System, Gettysburg Branch, located at 140 Baltimore Street in Gettysburg.
This program highlights the vital roles women played during the American Revolution, from managing households on the home front to providing support for the military.
Women’s contributions are often overlooked, and this presentation offers an opportunity to explore their experiences through personal diaries, memoirs, and everyday objects. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how women’s lives and voices helped shape the course of history during the Revolutionary era.
