Sourdough Folding and Shaping Class

Hollabaugh Bros. welcomes guests for another hands-on sourdough workshop with Becky McCulloch, offering an engaging opportunity to build confidence and skills in artisan bread baking. Participants will learn essential techniques including shaping a classic boule loaf, practicing three different folding methods, and experimenting with scoring styles to create beautiful, bakery-worthy designs.

Guests will have the opportunity to customize their dough with optional mix-in ingredients before taking their prepared loaf home, ready to bake. Each participant will also receive a helpful instruction packet to guide them through the baking process.

This workshop serves as a perfect continuation of the Sourdough Starter Class or as a welcoming introduction for those already familiar with working with sourdough starters. Space is limited.
