Dobbin House Park, Charters of Freedom & PA Liberty Bell Dedications

Dobbin House, Inc. will host the Dobbin House Park, Charters of Freedom and PA Liberty Bell Dedications on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Gettysburg. Scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, this special event will bring the Revolutionary era to life through engaging living history presentations and educational programming.

Guests can experience a vibrant celebration of early American history with colonial-era vendors offering period-inspired food and crafts, as well as traditional music that reflects the spirit of the 18th century. The event will also feature special guest speakers, with additional attractions to be announced. Focused on education and preservation, the program highlights the significance of America’s founding documents and the enduring legacy of liberty. Built in 1776 during the American Revolution, the Dobbin House celebrates its 250th anniversary in 2026.
