Destination Gettysburg invites partners to a Coffee Chat on May 14 featuring a panel discussion on event planning. Held in the large conference room at 1560 Fairfield Road, this informal morning session brings together Loni Buck, Jill Sellers, and Rob Williams to share insights from planning some of the region’s most successful events.
The discussion will explore topics including permitting, partnerships, promotion, and lessons learned to help guide future event planning efforts. Attendees will gain perspective from Jill Sellers’ work with Main Street Gettysburg and the Gettysburg Christmas Festival, Loni Buck’s experience with the WWII American Experience Museum’s veteran-focused programming, and Rob Williams’ role as Director of Outreach at Seminary Ridge Museum and Education Center, where he oversees marketing, group sales, and event planning.
Coffee Chats are designed as casual partner education opportunities, offering time to connect with fellow business leaders over coffee and light breakfast fare while engaging in meaningful discussion.
Registration is encouraged.
