Strawberry Hill Nature Experience

Hikers of all ages and abilities will love exploring the trails at Strawberry Hill Nature Experience! Spend an hour wandering down an easy loop, or opt for a day-long hike that connects to Michaux State Forest’s extensive trail system. Trails are open to the public, dog-friendly and free of charge. Not a hiker? No problem! Meet Strawberry Hill’s animal ambassadors – including turtles, snakes and a barred owl, by booking a private program. Play in the cool waters of Swamp and Middle Creeks, or enjoy a picnic by the pond. Restrooms (with composting toilets), picnic tables, a pavilion and potable water are available on-site.
