49th Annual Opening Day Celebration at Renfrew

You’re invited to join us on Saturday, April 13th for this free event to kick off our 49th tour season. Enjoy springtime at Renfrew! Activities will be centered exclusively at the Fahnestock Farmstead, located at the southern end of Renfrew’s historic area. Explore our industrial farming heritage and learn how the many families who once called Renfrew home made a life for themselves here.

Enjoy an afternoon of engaging living history demonstrations to include hearth cooking, period toys and games, textiles work, fence rail splitting, heirloom gardening, and more. View special display of antique farm machinery and learn about the new Renfrew Mill, currently under construction.
