Cooking Class at Mansion House 1757

March 10th, from 6 – 9 pm, Chef George Keeney leads a cooking class at the charming and historic Mansion House 1757, located at 15 West Main Street, Fairfield.

March 10th’s focus is appetizers.

Chef Keeney provides recipes and begins with a lecture on cooking techniques.  Participants will then enter the kitchen for a hands-on experience making a recipe. The event ends with a feast of all items cooked, paired with a drink.

This 3-hour class provides everything you need to master the recipes and enjoy a night of good food.

Chef Keeney is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, N.Y. and has over 45 years in the hospitality industry; he serves as Executive Chef of the restaurant.
