Kentucky Derby Day. World War II American Experience Museum invites everyone to wear their Derby Best as the Museum transforms itself into a vibrant Churchill Downs in Gettysburg – a place to see and be seen.

Witness the live broadcast of the race preceded by a Ladies hat and Gent’s Derby best contest and lots of Games of Chance to engage all ages right up to post time. Savor the flavor of a classic Mint Julep or mock-Julep with an iconic Kentucky Hot Brown and Burgoo. And witness a special tribute to the Army Cavalry just prior to post time at 6:57 p.m.
