Five Christmases at the Shriver House

Gettysburg History (Adams County Historical Society) cordially invites guests to tour the Shriver House Museum as it is meticulously decorated in 1860s Christmas fashion. Hear about each of the five Christmases the Shriver family spent in their home on Baltimore Street and learn how the Battle of Gettysburg and the Civil War affected the holiday season.

The 45-minute tour covers all four floors of the Shriver family’s original home, from the attic to the saloon in the cellar.
