Orpheus Chamber Orchestra With Marc-André Hamelin

Grammy Award-winning Orpheus Chamber Orchestra joins forces with pianist Marc-André Hamelin, who The New York Times called “a performer of near-superhuman technical prowess.” Together, they will perform arrangements for piano and orchestra, including Liszt’s Wanderer Fantasy and Schubert’s Chamber Symphony in B-flat Major (after D. 960).

Renowned for their collaborative spirit, the internationally acclaimed Orpheus Chamber Orchestra has played without a conductor since their inception, performing with “edge-of-the-seat intensity” and displaying an “infectious love for making music” (The New York Times) for audiences around the world.
