Miss Gettysburg Scholarship Competition 2026

The Miss Gettysburg Scholarship Competition, an annual event organized by Gettysburg Community Theatre, serves as a preliminary to the Miss Pennsylvania America Scholarship Competition. ​

Providing scholarships to young women for college while promoting leadership, scholarship, and civic engagement, 2026’s event celebrates America’s 250th anniversary with the theme “Stars, Stripes & Sisterhood” emphasizing education, preservation, innovation, and celebration. ​ The competition incorporates Adams County’s historical significance, including the Battle of Gettysburg, Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, and Eisenhower’s legacy, through partnerships with local museums and historians. ​
