2026 Gettysburg Film Festival: American Revolution

In the town where our nation was saved, we invite you to celebrate the birth of the republic. From April 2-4, 2026, The Gettysburg Film Festival will highlight powerful films about the American Revolution, the founding of the United States, and the enduring ties between 1776 and Lincoln’s defining words in 1863—and beyond.

As we mark America’s 250th anniversary, Festival Chair Ken Burns will headline a series of screenings, conversations, and special events that honor the ideals at the heart of our democracy.
