30th Annual Gettysburg Tuba Carol Fest

Close out America’s 250th with a Gettysburg holiday tradition at the 30th Annual Gettysburg Tuba Carol Fest on Lincoln Square in Historic Downtown Gettysburg.

Tuba players from around the region gather in front of the historic David Wills House on Friday, December 4, at 7 p.m. for 30 minutes of Christmas carols performed by the tuba family, including tubas, euphoniums, baritone horns, and sousaphones.

The festival celebrates the local traditions, music, and shared holiday gatherings that have brought generations together. Retired Adams County Band Director Ben Jones directs the festival, and guests are invited to sing along using holiday song sheets provided by Destination Gettysburg.

Hot chocolate and souvenir 30th Annual Tuba Fest buttons will also be available.
