Chuck Darwin & The Knuckle-Draggers join Lancaster favorites Dillweed for a special themed live music night at Ploughman Cider Taproom, 14 Lincoln Square in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday, July 4 at 7 p.m. The unique twinbill centers around songs connected by a shared theme rooted in American history and freedom, creating a high-energy set that fits perfectly with the Fourth of July atmosphere in downtown Gettysburg. The pairing brings together two well-known regional acts for an evening packed with roots rock attitude, local flavor, and holiday spirit.
The free public show takes place on the Art Oasis stage outside Ploughman Cider Taproom as part of the venue’s seasonal outdoor music series running May through October. Located right on historic Lincoln Square in the center of Gettysburg, the taproom provides an ideal backdrop for a summer night of live music in Adams County. Chairs are provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own seating for the three-hour performance. The relaxed outdoor setup creates plenty of space to enjoy local cider, community gathering, and live entertainment in one of South Central Pennsylvania’s busiest tourism destinations.
Additional details about the show’s patriotic theme are expected closer to the event date, but this Independence Day performance already stands out as a distinctive live music event in Gettysburg.
