The Adams County Arts Council invites art lovers to experience the 22nd Annual Juried Art Exhibition, opening June 5 at the Arts Education Center in Gettysburg. Featuring work selected by juror Philip Lindsey, Professor of Fine Arts and Curator of the Bogigian Gallery at Wilson College, the exhibition showcases the talent and creativity of artists from across the region.
The Opening and Awards Reception begins at 4:30 p.m., with awards presented at 6 p.m. The celebration continues from 7 to 9 p.m. with the Toast the Artists Celebration, a special First Friday event featuring live music, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and the JAE Committee Selection Exhibition. Guests are encouraged to RSVP in advance for an evening dedicated to honoring the artists and their work.
The exhibition will remain on display at the Adams County Arts Council Arts Education Center, 125 S. Washington Street, Gettysburg, with regular gallery hours Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
