Charcuterie Board Class at Hollabaugh’s

Hollabaugh Bros. invites guests to snack smarter and get creative in the kitchen during “Let’s Cook Charcuterie Boards,” an engaging in-person workshop presented in partnership with Penn State Extension. This hands-on experience will teach participants how to add a healthy twist to one of today’s most popular food trends while still creating boards that are both beautiful and delicious.

Attendees will learn simple, practical tips for designing eye-catching, crowd-pleasing charcuterie boards that taste as good as they look. Each participant will create their own board during the workshop, with all supplies included. Guests are encouraged to bring their appetite and creativity for an enjoyable and flavorful experience.
