Declaration 1776: The Big Bang of Modern Democracy/The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History – Traveling Exhibit

Declaration 1776: The Big Bang of Modern Democracy arrives at the Adams County Library from June 22 through July 17 as part of The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History Traveling Exhibit series. This educational exhibition explores the lasting global influence of the United States Declaration of Independence and highlights how nations around the world have used the Declaration of 1776 as a model in their own movements for freedom, equality, and self-determination.
