Interact with living historians and experience the everyday life of a Union soldier and the women and children who supported the troops. Camp life played a big role in soldiers’ daily lives during the Civil War. See the encampments, learn what a soldier’s camp life was all about and meet the members of the 62nd PA Volunteers.

Free and open to the public.

Outdoor encampments with living history are subject to favorable weather conditions.

Tickets are required to experience the children’s history museum adventure before or after your encampment visit. Children/Youth (ages 0-12) are currently free with purchase of an adult (ages 13+) ticket.
