Aspiring Master Chefs in the Kitchen – ages 13-17

If you know your way around a kitchen and want to explore techniques in creating sauces, dressings, dips, spreads and soups, this camp is for you. By the end of the week, you will be able to “wow” families and friends with delicious recipes using techniques like poaching, steaming, broiling and sautéing. Explore your love of cooking and food while working hands-on with a Culinary Institute of America graduate chef and restaurant owner. Limited enrollment.
